Reservation
- The reservation is considered binding after crediting the agreed deposit and our written confirmation
- The deposit must be sent within 3 days from the acceptance of the reservation by bank transfer
- The required deposit will be charged in any case you wish to cancel your reservation
- From 60 to 30 days before arrival 40% of the total amount will be charged
- 29 to 10 days before arrival 70% of the total amount will be charged
- From 9 days before arrival 90% of the total amount will be charged

General conditions
- The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 9:00 on the day of departure
- We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed for hygienic reasons
- Smoking is not allowed inside the structure
- In order to offer our guests maximum comfort, external visits are not permitted
- The wellness area is permitted from the age of 16
